Ramesh S. Prabhu is an FCA, CISA with more than two and a half decades of experience in the housing sector. He is considered to be an authority in Cooperative Housing Society related laws, RERA, Stamp Duty, Registration, and Deemed Conveyance. He is author of 40 books on issues like conveyance, transfer of flats, parking, collection of dues from members, RERA and GST for Housing Societies. Two books authored by him have been published by WIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also the Chairman of Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association (MSWA) and Edits MSWA Housing Societies Review having circulation of 35,000 copies with readership over 1.50 Lacs across Maharashtra.

His book on Deemed Conveyance was released by Shri. Prithviraj Chavan, Ex Chief Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra, with a forward Message from Her Excellency Smt. Prathibathai Patil, the then President of India. He also had the honour of being Presidential Guest at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.

Mrs Sahana Ramesh Prabhu handles the Housing Finance sector services of the company. This Department is currently managed through his head office in Andheri and two branches in Vasai and Thane.

She is also specialized in RERA, Deemed Conveyance and Co-operative Society Matters. Under her able leadership, the firm has expanded in Vasai, Dombivli. Fort & Raipur.

Viswanathan Vaidyanathan has an experience of more than 20 years in the areas of Income Tax including but not limited to Income Tax Scrutiny, Appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal etc. He is also well versed in the areas of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits & Assurances, Internal Controls implementations, Company Take Over transactions, Domestic Transfer Pricing & GST matters. He is an expert in trust matters that includes Public Charitable Trust, Religious Trusts, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Trusts etc in the areas of Formation of Trust, Statutory Audits, Income Tax Return Filing, Registration of Trust under section 12AA and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, & other compliances of Society Registration Act, 1860 and Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950.

Anitha Viswanathan is an FCA having expertise of over 20 years in the field of Audit and Direct & Indirect Taxation matters & Internal Audits & Control Systems. She shoulders the responsibilities of Statutory & Internal Audits of Listed & Unlisted Organisation and also handles direct & indirect taxation assignments. She has a diverse experience of Audit & Taxation spanning across industries namely Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles and Automobile. She is also engaged in conducting training and seminars for Audit & Taxation for professionals & students. She heads a team of 20 professionals dealing in Direct and Indirect Taxes.

Mr.Sathyanarayanan Sundaresan is a veteran Practising Company Secretary having experience of over 42 years in the areas of Company Law matters, Public Issues, Take Overs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Preparation Issues, AGM handling for various public and private Companies, XBRL filing, Postal Ballot, AGM Scrutinizer, ROC appearances and appearances before the NCLT etc. He is also in the panel of Company Secretaries for various nationalised banks and has handled filing of various Compliance Reports. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 1991.

Vishwanathan Subramanian is an FCA, D.ISA having experience of over a period of 14 years in the areas of Internal Audits & Risk Assessments covering various industries viz, NBFC, Educational Institutions, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Renewable Energy, Stock Broking & Holding Services, Infra Development, Multiskills Developments under NSDC, Rapid Rail Transit, Toll Booths, Radio Taxis, Bill Desk, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Human Automation, Traffic Management, Private Air Charter, Entertainment etc. He is also well versed in the areas of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits & Internal Controls Implementations. Mr. Siddharth Prabhu is a Chartered Accountant & L.L.B (Gen.) with over 4 Years of Experience in the fields of Audit and has established credibility in spearheading the entire management activities and achieved portfolio growth in the affordable housing segment. He is a young and enthusiastic professional having a strong pedigree in financial and business management. He is a director at Swagat Housing Finance Co. Ltd. He has spearheaded strategic initiatives including building an experienced team of housing finance professionals, network expansion, business process re-engineering and implementing Technology within the organisation. He has led the revamp of organisation by increasing physical presence in key areas in line with the business potential, strengthening sourcing channels and focus on establishing relationships with developers in affordable housing space.

Vishal Gala is a FCA and a Commerce Graduate with over 6 Years of Experience in Audit & Assurance, Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation. He is in the Editorial Board of MSWA’s Housing Societies Review. He has also Co-Authored Books on Drafting of Audit Reports & Online Filling for Co-Operative Housing Societies.

Smeet Shah is an ACA and a Commerce Graduate. He has over 4 Years of Experience in Audit & Assurance, Direct Taxation & Indirect Taxation covering various industries viz. Real Estate, Banks & NBFCs, Gems & Jewellery, Infrastructure and Retail.

Nikhilesh Joshi, is a Practising Company Secretary and is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the last 6 Years. He holds a Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University and has also completed his Graduation in Law from Pune University.
